Positive: Gluten free options available in breakfast. Nice décor and good size rooms. The regional food selection is great. Welcome personalised card, is a nice touch. Front desk is friendly and resolves issues as soon as possible. Area is quiet with supermarket next door and food at walking distance. The bus stop is very convenient (goes every 20-30 mins) until late. It is possible to go there in Metro with connecting lines plus bus in the last 20 mins (L9Sud from airport, L1Torrasa + A1/A2 bus). Checkout online and card drop is very convenient. The town itself has shops that close late to buy a USB socket wall charger for 7-8 euro (if you forgot yours like me). Reception can lend you a 3 pin power UK/ROI adapter to two pin Spain
Negative: My first room was perfect, except TV remote did not work. At almost midnight after a long day of travel, I asked reception to come and take a look. Instead they said, change from your PJs and come to reception and we will change the batteries. Tired as I was (near retirement age), I complied. Second time they came to the room with a new remote. Not working either. Then they offered me an alternative room, where I had to move everything on my own, since I had unpacked. No help was offered. This was now midnight. I had to move even the welcoming water and bathroom toiletries, as the other room was not ready to welcome me. Two trips. The second room looked a bit older than the first one, which was perfect, except TV. Room had damaged lamp, wallpaper scoffed and with skid marks, water would not flush fast after washing your hands. On the subject of getting there, the Hola Card is not valid on the last bus A1, A2 so have 2.55 euros ready for each trip, or get multiple tickets card that works outside of Barcelona. This is a separate town. First bus in the morning on a Monday was too crowded (after 7:30 am) so plan accordingly to go to the airport.
Summary: Great quiet place to stay for a couple of nights, well sized comfy rooms and good breakfast.
